Application Support Specialist

We are seeking a driven and customer centric Application Support Specialist. The role focuses on assisting our English and Mandarin speaking customers with Level 2 and above system troubleshooting and product related queries.
Teamwork is important in this role. You will be working closely with all team members within the Customer Experience team and also other departments.
Fresh graduates are also strongly encouraged to apply.
Job Descriptions:
- Respond to customer queries in a timely and accurate manner via chat, phone and email
- Troubleshoot Level 2 and above queries and problem solve customer queries independently
- Gather customer’s requirements and escalate to the Tech team for further troubleshoot when required
- Prompt and consistent follow up to both customers and internal team until the issue is closed and resolved
- Ticket management via CRM system
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and problem solving skills
- Customer First mentality
- Good English and Mandarin language proficiency
- Bonus if can read, write and speak Mandarin
- Fast learner and great in adapting to situations
- Experience in the Customer Service industry and added advantage
- Understanding of CRM systems
- Job requires on demand/on-call basis during after hours and weekends/public holidays based on rotation
