Food Market Hub (FMH) has strengthened its executive team by appointing Anusha Rajadorai as Head of Growth and Strategy. The former McKinsey consultant and Harvard Business School alumni will spearhead the company’s strategic priorities to penetrate key markets across Asia.
The founders, Anthony See (CEO) and Shayna Teh (COO), first connected with Anusha through a Linkedin cold outreach. They met casually over drinks. This session extended to several hours as the trio dug deep into each other’s vision, motivations and ideas on growing FMH. No stone was left unturned – from plans for product evolution to rationale for investor selection. It was clear that Anusha would be a great addition to the leadership bench.
“I am excited to start the Growth & Strategy team from scratch. My mandate is to shape FMH’s strategic direction and to develop new monetization channels, including a fintech offering. Our top priority is serving our clients by delivering to them the market’s best tech solution to simplify their daily business needs. This is no small task and we have a great team that embraces the challenge of delivering superior solutions,” explained Anusha.
In building towards success, Anusha will be leaning on her years of experience that encompass Financial Services, Telco Media & Tech as well as Fintech entrepreneurship. She is also a certified Financial Risk Manager. To enable FMH’s growth, she will be building out data science and analytical capabilities to increase product innovation and unlock new verticals.
FMH CEO Anthony See believes that Anusha’s deep experience in financial products and well-established expertise in developing growth strategies will help the company establish a strong presence across Asia.
“Anusha has a very creative and innovative mind with rich experience in entrepreneurship and the financial sector. With her strategic thinking and ability to use data, she is leading teams to solve complex challenges. For Food Market Hub, this will promote future growth to a greater height. I’m excited to welcome her onboard and look forward to collaborating,” Anthony expressed.
