My supplier is not on Food Market Hub, can I still order from them through the app?

Yes! Your purchase order will still be automated and will be sent to them through email or WhatsApp.


When will I be billed?

If you’re a restaurant owner, you’ll be billed annually. If you’re an F&B supplier, you’ll be billed monthly, based on transactions made that month.


Are there any other fees?

No other fees will be included. Pay the price you see only! However, integration and training will be given upon request, and a fee will be charged to your account.


Can I cancel my account?

You can cancel your account anytime! However fees paid will not be refunded. Auto renewal will occur if you do not cancel one month before your subscription renewal.
